We're excited to share some significant news about the future of ConsultingPoint, Inc. After more than two decades of serving the global industrial motor industry, we're taking a major step forward with our relocation to Harlingen, Texas, backed by a $2.1 million investment in our operations.
Our new facility on East Harrison Avenue, near Harlingen Industrial Park, represents more than just a change of address—it's a strategic move that positions us for continued growth and enhanced service to our customers. The 60,000-square-foot space, with 54,804 square feet dedicated to manufacturing, will provide the room we need to expand our capabilities and meet the evolving demands of the OEMs we serve across renewable energy, mining, transportation, and advanced propulsion systems.
Growth means nothing without the people who make it possible. That's why we're particularly proud that our new facility will include a dedicated training center—a space designed specifically to support employee development and streamline our onboarding process. This investment reflects our long-standing commitment to workforce development and our belief that our team's success is CPI's success.
As we complete this transition, we're bringing 80 existing positions with us to Harlingen and expect to create 67 new jobs over the next three to five years. For job seekers in the region, this represents an opportunity to join a company that's been manufacturing quality components for the industrial motor industry since 2004.
